Home Groups play a very important part in the life of our Church. Every member of our congregation is encouraged to join a Home Group. The Home Groups meet on an average once every two weeks, mostly on a Wednesday.

Often the format of a Home Group consists of a time of worship, followed by Bible Study, then prayer and a time of fellowship. Home Groups all study the same study notes provided by the leadership.

Home Group activities often extend beyond the usual fortnightly meetings to include social and community events and mission outreach.

Within Home Groups are opportunities of spiritual growth, encouragement, friendship, concern and support for each other.

The Home Groups also form a basis for pastoral care in the Church. Much of the Church work of caring is done within Home Groups. Obviously caring also happens in many other ways within the Church and the pastors are grateful to hear from Home Group Leaders about members of their Group who may be ill or in need of pastoral care of any kind.
