Youth Cells are the bedrock of youth work at NLBC. Young people meet together weekly in groups of 8-10. Groups are usually divided according to age.

The annual Youth Weekend is one of the highlights of the year for our young people. Each year we bring a top notch speaker and have worship led by our house band, 'Shades of Glory'. The weekend also includes games, workshops and entertainment.
